Main feature

1.       Enhance de-inking of recycled fibers. Facilitate the release of inks (impact and non-impact) from fiber surfaces, enhancing washing and flotation processes.

2.      Decreases the need for pulping chemicals such as soda, peroxide and silicate.

3.   Reduces stickiness through dispersion thereby decrease machine downtime

4.    Increases in whiteness and brightness.

5.      Reduces BOD & COD level in waste water treatment .

Dosage

Typical dosage is 100 &ndash 300 g/ml of LPK-CD05/LPK-CD06 (along with 100ml~2000ml surfactant) per metric ton of dry pulp. Dosage will depend on furnish, process temperature, pH and retention times.

Storage and Shelf life

This product should be kept in a cool dry location. It will keep for at least one year, if stored in original package.
