This Water based Barrier coating , can be easily applied , by Gravure or Gravure and Myer bar coating method. Very low coat weights like 3 -4 gm Dry / sq.mtr , provide excellent barrier properties
Gravure Coating Method.
Our Coating is placed in the yellow color Tray.
The Blue color roller picks up the coating and the same is applied on the paper
by closing the nip between Red ( Rubber ) and Blue ( Gravure ) color roller. The
cell depth on the Gravure decides the coating weight
Kiss Coating Method
Our Coating is placed in the yellow color Tray. The Blue color roller picks up the coating , as the paper comes in contact with
it , and the same is applied on the paper . Here the solids content in our WR Coating decide the coat weight.
