Fabric Inspection Machine for Sale

We offer Fabric Inspection Machine that are of great application in the inspection process of the textiles that have been manufactured. We offer client feedback for additions of any special features. Our range is cost effective, hard wearing, resistant to decay and efficient performer.

A. C. VARIABLE SPEED FABRIC INSPECTION M/C. – Small Batch To Small Batch On Tube

Features

Robust and attractive design.

Fabric runs face in/face out.

Soft start and instantaneous stoppage of fabric.

Edge Control arrangement is provided for uniform winding arrangement.

Cloth can run in FORWARD as well as in REVERSE direction instantaneously.

Automatic stop arrangements to stop the machine at the end of the fabric piece.

Bow bar has been provided in the batching device to open out the creases in the fabric.

Perfect tension during the flow of the fabric is provided using dancing roll assembly.

Mechanical and Digital Meter Counter is installed in front on platform top for easy reading.

Roll to Roll, Roll to Plaiting, A-Frame to Roll, Loose/Plaiting to Roll, Roll to Roll with Plaiting arrangements can be supplied.

SPECIFICATION

Working Width of Cloth @ 1525 mm

Minimum dia. Of small batch @ 50 mm

Maximum dia. Of small batch @ 450 mm

Variable working speed up to @ 25 M/min

The complete M/c. will be generally as per our photo . Attached herewith which will include the following.

This will include :

Fabricated structure with the fabric feeding arrangement with guide bars, necessary Powder coated guiderollers.

The small Batch surface un-winder will include the following, which will be fitted on fabricated structure .

TWO Nos. : Rubber fillet covered rolls for Batch to easy to rolling, with side stopper to avoid traverse.

ONE NO. : Rubber fillet covered rollers @ 100 mm in dia. & @ 1850 mm face length, resting in ball bearing and will be connected to Chain Drive. Roll is mounting on top of inspection table

ONE NO. : Dead weight roll on above roll to leaf the fabric easily.

Necessary Powder coated guide rolls , resting in ball bearings.

Cloth Inspection Arrangement

The cloth inspection table will be fitted on the fabricated structure as per drawing.

The inspection table will be made of fabricated frame 1000 mm length. Over and under the inspection table.

There will be fluorescent lighting arrangement. Meter counter "KAYCEE" make will be provided on the inspection table.

The small Batch surface winder will include the following, which will be fitted on fabricated structure.

Two Nos. : Rubber fillet covered rollers @ 100 mm in dia. & @ 1850 mm face length, resting in ball bearing and will be connected to A C. variable speed drive.

Two Nos. : Side stopper to avoid traverse movement of the batch.

The drive will include the following. :-

2 HP A. C. motor with Suitable gear box.

The assembly will be fitted above surface un-winder & will connected by means of chain drive.

The control panel for above drive will include. : -

A. C. Inverter, main switch, MCBs, Start/Stop/Slow/Fast, Forward/Reveres push button junction, etc. Input required 400/440 V. 3 ph. & N 50 Cyl./sec.
